About Me
When I graduated college with a graduate degree in accounting, I was offered a teaching position at my alma mater. For five years, I taught accounting principles. During this time, I painfully watched some students have difficulties grasping material. I encouraged these students to visit my office. When I was able to spend alone time with these kids, I advised them to learn strategies that would help them excel in all of their college classes. For example, I recommended that they begin reading course materials aloud to themselves. By seeing and hearing the words on the pages of their textbooks, my students retained material much easier. On this blog, you will learn several tips for succeeding in college.
